REFUND POLICY

All guides, including the bundle, are instant digital downloads, so all sales are final. Once your download is available, we can’t offer refunds.

Exceptions: if a file won’t open or is missing pages, or you were charged twice for the same item, email info@purehealthalliance.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll send a working file or refund the duplicate charge.

If you live in the EU or UK, you consented at checkout to immediate access and acknowledged that this ends your right to cancel. Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that can’t be waived where you live.

TERMS & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Our guides are for education only. They were written by Sophia Chang, DACM, MSTOM, LAc, a California-licensed acupuncturist, and they are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Buying or reading a guide does not create a practitioner-patient relationship, and the guides are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Check with your physician before changing medications, supplements, training, or diet, and before using acupressure if you are pregnant or have a medical condition. If you think you’re having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Results vary from person to person, and you use this information at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a guide is limited to the price you paid for it.

PRIVACY POLICY

What we collect: your name and email address when you download a free guide or make a purchase, and your billing details when you pay. Payments are handled by our payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it: to deliver your downloads, send receipts, answer your questions, and, if you signed up for our emails, send health education and updates about our guides. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with: only the service providers that run our store, payments, and email (our store platform WooCommerce, our payment processors, and our email service provider), and only so they can do that work. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking: WooCommerce, our payment processors, and any analytics tools we use may set cookies, and third parties may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites when you use this site. This site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Your choices: email info@purehealthalliance.com to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

Children: this store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes: if we make material changes, we’ll post the updated policies on this page with a new effective date.
